My most preferred method of contact is by email, PM (on the board which you use) and messenger. This allows us the opportunity to take the time to get to know each other and yes I do ask that you be courteous when contacting me and to include the following information when booking your appt.

Reference information:
IE: name, email, website and phone number to contact her and date of last visit
This will help smooth out the kinks before we meet.
I do host and don't mind being your guest at your place for I am sure either way our time will be well spent. Remember, I prefer initial contact by email or Yahoo/ AOL messenger.
